The Covington exchange zone is located in the lobby of police headquarters at 212 E. Kirkland St. It is available to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Grant Parish
The Safe Exchange location is at 220 Cedar Street in Colfax, LA. The location is well lit and has 24-hour video recording of the area. In addition, the location is directly adjacent to the Grant Parish Sheriff's Office
Hammond, La
The Safe Zone is located in the parking lot of the Hammond Police Department at 120 S. Oak
Lafayette, La
Two parking spots at the police department's University Avenue headquarters are now reserved for residents to make their trades under the watchful eye of video cameras monitored by a police officer. 900 E. University Ave Lafayette, LA 70502
St. Charles Parish
Training academy parking lot at 220 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway in Luling where you can finalize sales of items you buy or sell on the Internet. Located at the entrance of the parking lot are two parking spaces designated as an Internet Exchange Location, which is under 24-hour video surveillance

Shreveport, La
The exchange zone, located at the Shreveport Police Station, 1234 Texas Ave., includes two, well-lit parking spots marked by signs, directly in front of the patrol desk. In addition to police presence inside and outside the building, the location will be monitored by 24-hour video surveillance.
Thibodaux, La
The Thibodaux Police Department recently created a safe exchange meeting spot in its parking lot at 1309 Canal Blvd.
